Common pricing questions.
Everything you need to know before requesting a demo.
Pricing is based on the number of active contracts in your portfolio, billed annually. Core covers up to 100 contracts ($3,600/yr), Growth up to 500 ($12,500/yr), Scale up to 1,000 ($20,000/yr), and Enterprise handles portfolios beyond 1,000 — contact us for a custom quote.
An active contract is any agreement currently loaded into your Accordable portfolio — regardless of whether it's in its initial term, a renewal period, or pending expiration. Expired contracts you've archived do not count toward your limit.
Every plan includes the full Accordable platform: AI-powered obligation and deadline extraction, deliverable and task tracking, financial commitment monitoring, renewal alerts, Portfolio Q&A (Ask Your Contracts), and role-based access controls with audit trails.
Intelligence Packs are optional domain-specific add-ons — for example, a Sports & Entertainment pack that adds specialized tracking for NIL agreements, sponsorship deliverables, and event contracts. They layer on top of the core platform. Most organizations start with the base plan and add a pack when they have a specific vertical need.
Yes. Intelligence Packs can be added to Growth plans and above at any time. The first pack is priced at 50% of your base plan; a second pack is priced at 25%.
Plans are billed annually. We don't offer a self-serve free trial, but we do offer a guided demo so you can see Accordable against your actual contract types before committing.
