Accordable.ai Launch: Contracts Are Meant to Be Operated
After spending years building and scaling MaxPreps—and then working with companies from the boardroom side—I kept seeing the same pattern:
Businesses sign contracts, but very few actually operate from them.
That’s a problem.
Contracts define how a business runs. They govern revenue, obligations, risk, and opportunity. Yet in most organizations, contracts are treated as static documents—filed away, referenced occasionally, and rarely used as an active management tool.
The real challenge isn’t any single contract. It’s the portfolio:
- A missed renewal in one agreement.
- An exclusivity clause that conflicts with another
- Payment terms that don’t align with how the business actually operates.
Individually, these issues seem small. Together, they create friction, exposure, and blind spots that cost money.
Accordable.ai was built to address this gap.
At its core, Accordable takes contracts and converts them into structured, usable business intelligence: Contracts → Structured Data → Insights → Action
The goal is simple: help operators understand what their contracts are actually saying—and use that information to make better decisions.
This isn’t a legal tool. It’s an operator’s tool.
We’re now opening Accordable to a small group of pilot users. If your business manages a portfolio of contracts and you’ve ever felt like you’re operating without full visibility, we’d welcome the conversation.
More to come as we learn from early users and continue to refine the platform.
